HOW IS AN ANIMAL PORTRAIT DRAWN AND WHAT DOES IT LOOK LIKE AT A PAINTER'S WORKPLACE?
WHAT DO THE WORKING STEPS OF AN ANIMAL DRAWING LOOK LIKE?
HERE I WOULD LIKE TO GIVE AN INSIGHT INTO MY WORK AND ALSO A LITTLE LITTLE INTO MY HOME ...
DURING THE CREATION OF ANIMAL PORTRAITS, I REGULARLY TRY TO DOCUMENT THE PROCESS WITH PHOTOS:
BUT IT ALWAYS HAPPENS THAT I DEPEND INTO THE WORK SO THAT I ONLY THINK OF IT AGAIN AT THE END OF THE WORK ...
Always and everywhere...
if the profession is even a passion, you deal with it always and everywhere!
Did you know that I often paint animal portraits in very unusual places?
For example, the portrait of our beagle was created during a sunny holiday in Brittany, pure relaxation for me.
The painting process in the studio also changes regularly: while one day the bright area of the attic studio offers the best conditions for drawing, the next day it is already the writing area in the living room or the table on the terrace. And sketches are everywhere anyway: on the train, in the café, in the car... this is where the best ideas for new works of art come together.
